I have a couple clients using multiple phone numbers and the question of "How do I know how much (staff member 1) used with their phone and emails?" and I thought thats a great question and could not find a great answer for them. Some clients are looking to have some of their staff cover their own phone usage costs and need to see a breakdown of each users cost or even just a phone number report by phone number would be great to start.
