Allow Listen in to LIVE CALLS PLEASE!
Allow 'barge' which allows people to jump into the call to speak to the Client or customer directly
Allow 'Whisper' to allow manager or training to speak to the user directly without it speaking to the client/customer.

My client reports this is something they can do in RingCentral, and I want him to be able to switch to HL/Twilio without any loss in functionality. He says this is really important.
Allow "Live Call" listening - a lot of CRMS do this as standard

Can we please make the call button to dial an outbound call not placed next to the assigned user. This makes every single user I onboard think they are calling the assigned user. Please make this more apparent for the call button to dial out by the contact or move the assigned user to a new location. Maybe even some wording that says "Call" next to the green call icon inside of the contact

rebilling setup would be great to automatically update to the next tier i.e. $10 up to $20, if billed so many times within a day/week as the sub-account/business grows and not have to manually update this
