Are we actually saying that an agency account cannot control sub account usage of LC email and calling or SMS. The agency gets billed for everything a sub account does, and then has to try and collect from the sub account. That’s just wrong. We need to be able to have control over that. Turn it off if we need to.

We would like to have the option for an invoice to go out prior to subscription billing date.

Example: if we have an annual subscription, we'd like the invoice to go out 30 days in advance - so that the invoice can provide advance notification of billing and allow time for client to cancel vs requesting refund.

Also having this in saas would be great as well as in agency side and hope both happen soon.

This would be great and really hope it happens. As Josh said it really is a pain in the ass. Even though we automated most of it already but still this would be nice to have built in rather then having a seperate setup for it.

for the love of all things mighty, this would be a dream, currently having to manually upgrade/downdgrade/cancel, its a pain in the ass and something other membership platforms have as a standard.

This would be a great feature! What good is an all-in-one tool that OMITS payment collection and control >>> the bottomline. This would allow us as agency owners to keep track of the bottomline. Most agencies have attrition issues - if we are able to relate clients payments with services rendered, we would be able to suspend, upsell, cross-sell services closely.
