Call Scripts for Call Center / Clients or us + Ability to see them on mobile

Since HL wants to cover the complete funnel (from the lead gen to the close), having the possibility to display Call Scripts during calls would be a giant step forward.

If you or your client are calling leads from HL or you're set up with a Call Center, imagine the impact of having scripts in HL. Those scripts could even be filled with the contact's custom fields. This would create personalized scripts to boost your sales team by 10x.

Sharing a snapshot? Share your scripts as well! A tab could be created under "Phone Calls" for this feature.

In an ideal world, there would be a trigger to assign a script to a user. If a user purchases X, responds to x, opts in from x form, assign x script for the next call.

Why isn't this tagged as "Planned" yet?

Please add the ability to click an anchor tag and jump to place in script that addresses the clients response.

For example: If I or an employee is reading a script and we get to a place where a decision needs to be made and lets says theres 3 possible options.

    1. Do it now

    2. Don't do it

    3. I have questions.

I can have those already anchor links in the script so that my employee can just click "I have questions" and then start discussing the 3 most frequently asked questions and have detailed response for each. Etc.

In fact, the embed option would probably be crazy easy and give us something to work with sooner than later :)

Consider also allowing an iframe type option as well. We already use a script app that we can embed inside anything and have countless hours developing it. Something with options would be amazing. Maybe the option to use native HL script app, OR embed html to use our own scripts.

This idea is in pipeline but it is going to take a while to develop, test and roll out.

Even possibly just a simple webtab where you could put anything you want in it, such as iframed scripts.

Other use cases could be googling a custom field, address, or any other website that would benefit from being easily accessible and right in front of you.

For an ISA managing multiple accounts, maybe it would show certain details that differ from one account to another.

Definitely!! Realtors would kill for easy access to our scripts included in a snapshot.
