Ability to have triggers just fire once

For example, if I want an opportunity made and client move to pipeline responded from the conversations... and then they schedule an appointment and I move them to the scheduled opportunity, if they respond again they will move back to the responded opportunity. If i have that trigger just fire once this wont happen

    I think the best thing is to make sure you set your trigger for " in campaign" in the mean time

    This will be a serious pain in the @$$ if not addressed, havent had this happen to me yet but will keep an eye
