Unique Phone Numbers for Users (Campaigns, Texting, Dialing etc.)

At the moment, I have sales, marketing and customer support teams all using the same texting number and it's got our customers really confused and our sales process is suffering. Right now the only way to truly have separate numbers for Users is to create new accounts which is a big ol' pain!

Exactly what we want/need:

  • Assign phone numbers to Users
  • Users can ONLY use that number for their texting/dialing
  • Campaigns will send texts FROM the Users assigned number (as long as User is added to campaign, if not default number will be used)
  • Admins are able to see all numbers/conversations and filter between different numbers

This would be a life saver!

    Why cant we have to call forward to the sales guy assigned to that lead? Wouldn't this be better?
    Your current way I have to literally give each sales guy a dedicated phone number?
    I want it where we have one company number, and whoever is assisnged to that lead, gets the redirect
    So if its still a sales guy assigned, he gets the call. If we closed them and the customer support is assigned, they get the call. Right?
