Currently we have a portion in the dashboard for tasks on each location. However for users who work on an agency this is not a very convenient tool.
If we have a view on all tasks from the agency dashboard, it will help us keep track of which tasks/location needs to be focused on.
Personally, I'd prefer to include a filter for unassigned tickets and tickets assigned to me. The former is simply because we tend to use unassigned tasks a lot but since filtering unassigned tickets is not available in the account dashboard, I'm not really expecting it to be available on the agency dashboard if ever you'd want to apply this feature.
