Problem: client doesn't pay or requires some time-off for whatever reason and you have deliverables that may or may not cost you money (ie. mailgun/twilio fees, chat widget, missed call text-back, etc) not to mention time and energy of setup and having to turn everything off manually.
Simply put: A one-click solution is required.
Essentially this would function to pause or temporarily suspend a client's sub-account and deactivate services in the event they didn't pay or they require a time-off period. This would put a stop to all deliverables without having to go into each campaign or trigger to put them on draft mode or what have you.
Possibly putting a "Suspend" option under the agency level >> Accounts >> Actions (see attached image) would be appropriate?
Thanks, HighLevel friggin' rules!
Yes! And the ability to link this action to the SaaS payment failure automatically (with some flexibility to manually over-ride if needed)

I would check to see if there’s a way to make that happen via Zapier, and creating some rules and triggers that can remove the associated location that user is tied to, and re assign it to a blank sub location with all the features disables.
So if when they log in they won’t have access to any of their data, and you can trigger an Automated email reminder of payment due within x amount of days before the entire account is permanently disabled.
