Task Notifications and Daily Summary Reminders

Daily summary of tasks sent to team members. Ideally via SMS and Email. Given they have to update the task in GHL, a simple reminder that says "You have 3 tasks due today and 1 task now overdue. Click here to view the exact tasks" (and then there is a link that opens GHL (or our whitelabel login of course)

Additional bonus extra would be an option to set a trigger PHONE CALL for individual tasks. So when setting the task, set a reminder that sends a notification via a  PHONE CALL that says "You have a task to call 'insert name'. Press 1 to connect' And then they press 1 and ring the person.

This is for clients with multiple team members.

    Being able to Trigger these by time would be ideal. Currently it sends at 8 am the morning of. Be great to be able to set these of, minutes, hours etc before and after.

    Yes we REALLY need this! Not having the ability to filter tasks in the triggers section is really hard to manage. ALL Task reminders are currently going to everyone on my team, regardless if they are their task or not! Having the simple ability to filter tasks by USER would be #1 for me!

    What would also be great is if you get a reminder for an example 5 minutes before a task is suppose to be started.

    I know you get a reminder at the beginning of the day, but as the day goes on you may forget, so to have a reminders about a task a couple of minutes before would be great .

    If I could upvote this 100 times I would! Please add this! We are leaving money on the table by not following up with our leads and a simple task reminder email is all we need to ensure we never forget a lead. Thank you!!

    THIS IS SO IMPORTANT! Many clients have asked for this. It's so hard to remember based on just notes. Use OnSite as a reference for how this should be built out and organized. I used this software when I was in leasing to follow-up with leads. It allowed my manager to set how often a lead should be followed up with AND in what manner (i.e. CALL Jane Doe today at 3:00 PM; TEXT John Doe today at 3:45 PM; EMAIL Jane Doe tomorrow at 9 AM) And the tasks turned bright red when they were past due. It was a god send for lead follow up
