Global Styling on Website and Funnel Build!
planned
E
ES Team - Sherwin Buagas
We need to add Global Styling on website and funnel pages. I believe currently by default we do not have that in HighLevel . (We have to style each page using a styling editor, which is a time consuming.)
My team tried to played around doing a Global Styling using CSS, but it will be a challenge for our clients to edit each CSS code just to change the styling on that specific element for the entire site and funnel(also we do not recommend our clients to edit the custom css if possible).
If we can add this new feature to website and funnel then this will be a big help for all of us for all the websites and funnel pages we will be creating.
Thank you in advance! 😊🙏

What about the ability to clone or copy styled elements / cells to other sections, pages, websites, or even sub-accounts? What about being able to create a CSS styled element or effect (with custom CSS) and then saving that element (complete w/ custom CSS as part of the saved element) and THEN being able to copy said element to other sections, pages, websites, etc? What about being able to split cells? I mean once you start talking about this, there is SO many features missing. I don't understand why they can't just pay a company like Wix, Wordpress, Elementor, etc. and simply contract w/ them for a modified version of their software and stick it into GHL. LOL

This should be a feature within a centralization also:

Oh, yes please! A global setting for each site or funnel so that typography is uniform across the whole website is a critical feature: colours, header fonts (H1, H2, H3 at least), paragraph fonts and sizes for all.

Absolutely! It's frustrating that if you use a template, the footer is global, but the header/navigation menu is not.
It would also be great if I add a custom colour on one page, it would be visible and not have to be added on every other page.

Kat Milner You know you can simply save the navigation menu section as Global, then on every other page, go to Global sections and simply drag it over, then delete the old non-global one. It's a step that takes 5 seconds on each page, but better than not having your navbar be global. Cheers.

Came here to say this, glad it sounds like it's on the road map. Having to add my 6 brand colors every time for every page is a colossal waste of time and a pain in the ass.

It shouldn't be limited to just websites and funnels. Should extend to social planner, email buider, etc., anywhere there is an ability to edit text including inside Workflows. A full brand kit would be great too, where fonts, logos, etc. are also saved and extended to all these areas as defaults or for quickly adding.

Aaron Rajchel: yes.

I hope the plans for global CSS will use links (for JS as well) as inline is security & performance issue, see - https://highlevel.canny.io/website/p/security-vulnerability-for-hl-websites

agreed, global css and Js for a site or funnel would be very helpful

This would be a such a helpful feature! Its available on all page builders and it's such a time saver! Being able to have global styling for colors, headings, and buttons would be amazing.

Melissa Bandera They simply need to implement the ability to install Wordpress plugins / themes, and there you go. They could contract with Wordpress and get it done! Imagine having Elementor type functionality inside GHL!

Yes! Emails, social posts, communities, and blogs should all inherit the location/sub account brand identity guide by default. Set it in one place, available everywhere.

Search also for “brand identity guide” and “branding kit”

Ability to apply the client's brand identity guide across the subaccount is a recurring theme...

I'd like to see CUSTOM FONTS too! I don't want to rely on so much custom code
