The info here is great for gamifying ideas to implement. Also towards the bottom of the page there's words of wisdom in how to avoid poorly implement gamification and fail. If GHL implemented a system and got this right, absolute gold mine. What if you could monetize it as a SAAS feature?
Gamifying call flow, stage progression, follow ups, contact methods used, by day, month, year, percentages hit so someone brand new hitting 100% of 20 calls is also rewarded vs someone hitting 80% of 1000 calls. Some not too distracting but visible brief pop ups celebrating wins. Competitions and timeframes. Massive customization is ideal.
Also gamifying memberships for course content would be choice.
https://xperiencify.com/ has amazing welcome page animations much more gratifying and attention grabbing than an email. The look, feel, and implementation of their scoring and notification system is awesome, feels like an actual game and makes someone want to continue and keep 'playing' when they're really just learning things. Something like this would be over the top best quality.
Gamifying the communities for participation would be great too.
