Yes, need the ability to set the reply to address for automated emails! Such a pain to not have the conversation sent to your gmail inbox and it only shows in Conversations in GHL

I agree, I've missed important conversations. Maybe look at how Pipedrive connects with email, all messages were received in my actual inbox. I'm constantly forwarding email messages to my sales team to ensure they've seen a response or question from a lead.

I agree. The GHL email experience was clearly designed by a junior IT professional. I would even donate my time to redesign it. If the email and blog engine were redesigned, GHL would be a strong contender among all its competitors.

Yes! The email reader in GHL is quite cumbersome and the amount of scrolling and screen adjustment needed just to clearly see (& respond) to emails is quite frustrating. There are so many great examples of clear easy to read email platforms that GHL could base their UI & UX off. Let's do this!
