Be able to collect a contacts full information - it is currently able to do this, but cannot replace the "guest visitor" name when working with a chat widget.
Also, add in additional workflow functionality with the chatbot / chat widget, for example, once a chat has closed, or has had no response for a set amount of time, we can trigger a workflow, or be able to map certain responses to certain custom fields

for second issue you can set a workflow below the time out and use update contact info action
